The Diyarbarkır Chief Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Can Dündar who has been nominated for the 2017 Nobel Prize by Peace Research Institute Oslo, due to his comments at the conference held on April 24, 2016 alleging that he was “propagandising for a terrorist organisation”. The office issued the red notice for him through INTERPOL.
