Referring to the Diyarbakır 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace decision, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) has blocked access to the “jinnews11.xyz” address where JinNews website was publishing its news. Regarding the access block, the BTK has said, “The protection measure has been taken for this website (jinnews11.xyz) according to decision nr. 2020/4232 D.Oş dated 20/11/2020 of ‘TC. Diyarbakır 5. Sulh Ceza Hakimliği’ [Republic of Turkey Diyarbakır 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace] has been implemented by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority” (November 21).
