The Radio and Supreme Council (RTÜK), with a majority of votes, imposed a 3-percent administrative fine on Halk TV over the comments of journalist İsmail Saymaz about the woman who reacted against main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) Chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in Çorum province (September 7).
