With its decision dated July 22, 2022 and numbered 2022/1851, the Sivas 2nd Criminal Judgeship of Peace ruled that Diken news website’s news report about the complaint submitted against Sivas Governor Yılmaz Şimşek to the Interior Ministry on the grounds that he had illegal ties to the İzmir-based Sintan Inc. should be deleted on the grounds of violation of personality rights (July 22).
