Journalist Sertaç Kayar, who had to testify three times and was subjected to two separate investigations and a lawsuit due to the same allegation and accusation, was acquitted of “insult” (TCK 125) due to his reporting on corruption in rehabilitation centers in Diyarbakır (November 9).
