The Istanbul Anatolian 5th Criminal Court of Peace has also blocked access to news regarding the blocking of access to 237 news and social media posts mentioning President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s son Bilal Erdoğan, by the decision of the Istanbul Anatolian 8th Criminal Court of Peace. The court’s decision claimed that “news and content previously blocked from access were republished by circumventing the law” (August 20).
