The Istanbul 8th Criminal Court of Peace ruled to block and delete the news and social media content published on the Diken news website about Prof. Dr. Berat Apaydın, a faculty member of the Department of General Surgery at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, entering a surgery without gloves, a mask or a cap, on the grounds of “violation of personal rights” (March 1st).
