Journalist Şule Aydın announced on her YouTube channel Onlar TV that she and journalist Murat Ağırel had received information about a planned attack against them.
“We have made it clear who will be responsible for anything that might happen to us from now on,” Aydın said, explaining that the tip-off indicated a planned attack to be carried out by assailants on motorcycles and that hitmen had already been hired.
The journalists stated that they had filed a criminal complaint regarding the attack plan.
