The 8th High Criminal Court of Mersin began to prosecute Serkan Erdoğan and Özkan Erdoğan, who were arrested on July 28-29 2017, for “membership in a terrorist organisation” and “propagandising for a terrorist organisation”. The court accepted Özkan and Serkan Erdoğan’s demands and decided to release them under judicial control. The next hearing will be held on 22 May 2018 (25 January 2018)
