The 4th Criminal Judgeships of Peace of Bakırköy issued an access ban to journalist Gökçer Tahincioğlu’s news article about the investigation against the member of the Supreme Court and MIT and their common friends, published in T24 news portal due to violation of rights. The decision was taken upon the request by the member of Supreme Court, Ömer Faruk Aydıner who previously served as a prosecutor in Bakırköy (9 December).
