The Fifth Chamber of the Criminal Court of Peace in Bakirkoy decided to access block to the news articles entitled “The phone traffic of Fugitive Akın İpek was revealed” (Firari Akın İpek’in telefon trafiği deşifre oldu) and “The phone traffic was revealed: They have spoken on the phone several times” (Telefon trafiği deşifre oldu: Defalarca görüşmüşler) on the grounds of “breach of personal rights” (10 December 2018).
