On the grounds of violation of personality rights, the Aydın 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace, with its decision dated July 18, 2022 and numbered 2022/3121, ruled that an access block should be imposed on Evrensel newspaper’s news report regarding the suspicious death of prisoner Yılmaz Ekinci, who had been arrested in Aydın Type E Prison (July 18).
