Law on Regulating Broadcasting (Publication) in the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes Committed by Means of Such Broadcasting

On April 5, 2021, when JinNews reporter Beritan Canözer was detained, an access block was imposed on three websites of JinNews “jinnews16.xyz”, “jinnews17.xyz”, “jinnews18.xyz”. With this last access block imposed by the decision of the Diyarbakır 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace, access to the website has been blocked for 20 times in total so far (April 5).
