According to Engelliweb’s post, access block order was imposed on the news articles on the seizure of a non-seizable loan received by the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İMM) from abroad, published in Gerçek Gündem, KRT and SoL Haber. The access to news articles was blocked with the decision dated 20 August with the decision numbered 2020/3320 by the 1st Criminal Peace Judgeship on the grounds of violation of personal rights (7 September).
