The İstanbul 10th Criminal Judgeship of Peace has imposed an access block on the news regarding the allegations that former Health Ministry Undersecretary Eyüp Gümüş received a “healthy” report for his father with Alzheimer’s and transferred his father’s house into his own name and Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca did not give a “permission for investigation” of the complaints about Eyüp Gümüş. According to the Freedom of Expression Association, the decision, which has been imposed on the grounds of “violation of personal rights”, has affected Cumhuriyet and T24 websites (September 23).
