According to EngelliWeb’s post, on the grounds of violation of personal rights, the İstanbul Anadolu 1st Criminal Peace Judgeship has imposed a second access block on the DW Türkçe’s news report “Accusation from US banks: Aktif Bank facilitates suspicious transactions” with its order no. 2020/6052 and dated September 29, 2020. With the same order, an access block has also been imposed on the news report “Aktif Bank has also come out of the file” published on the online edition of Cumhuriyet newspaper and the news report “Berat Albayrak Detail in FinCEN Files: Money was transferred to Taliban and sexually explicit websites” published on the website of Halk TV (September 30).
