The Beykoz Criminal Judgeship of Peace in İstanbul has imposed an access block on the YouTube video of Zeynel Lüle’s program on TELE1 TV, where program’s guest CHP Mersin MP Ali Mahir Başarır asked on December 31, 2020 whether fugitive businessperson Sezgin Baran Kormaz exchanged telephone messages with current member of the Constitutional Court İrfan Fidan, and on the news reports about the issue on the grounds of “violation of personal rights”. The court decision no. 2021/1792 has affected the TELE1 and T24 news websites (September 10).
