According to EngelliWeb’s post, the İstanbul Silivri Criminal Judgeship of Peace, with its decision no. 2021/4237 on October 13, 2021, imposed an access block on journalist İsmail Saymaz’s article on halktv.com.tr and related news about the fake medical report scandal at the Turkish Hard Coal Authority. The access block, imposed on the grounds of “violation of personal rights”, affected halktv.com.tr, gercekgundem.com and karadenizgazete.com news websites (October 13).
