With its decision no. 2020/6242 dated December 28, 2020, the Bakırköy 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace has ruled that 125 URLs about the high school diploma of Hamza Yerlikaya shall be blocked to access and removed. While the violation of personal rights has been cited as the reason, among the websites affected by the decision are also the online editions of Cumhuriyet and Sözcü newspapers and gazeteduvar.com.tr news website (December 28).
