On the grounds of “violation of personal rights”, the Mudurnu Criminal Judgeship of Peace in Bolu has imposed and access block on the news regarding the detention of Altınbaş University’s founders and businesspeople Ali Altınbaş and Sofu Altınbaş. According to the Freedom of Expression Association, the court decision no. 2021/161 has affected the Halk TV, Gazete Duvar and Gerçek Gündem news websites (September 16).
