According to EngelliWeb’s post, on the grounds of violation of personal rights, the İstanbul 8th Criminal Peace Judgeship has imposed an access block on the news report entitled “It has sparked a debate that Zülfikarlar Holding got a loan from a public bank, converted it into foreign exchange and transferred it abroad” with its order no. 2020/4351 and dated October 1, 2020 (October 1).
