Susma (Speak Up) Platform, in its list of “Access Blocks of the Week” dated November 2020, announced that an access block was imposed on the news regarding the allegations that TV100 channel’s boss Necat Gükseven and Media Group Chair Murat Kelkitlioğlu were charged with “threat, plunder and blackmail”. On the grounds of “violation of personality rights”, the İstanbul 4th Criminal Judgeship of Peace imposed an access block on the related content and ruled that the content should be removed from the platform’s website with its decision dated 01.09.2022 and numbered 2022/5762 (September 7).
