During the live broadcast at the Museum of Ulucanlar Prison, in the show called “Show Başlıyor” in Akit TV channel, the reporter commented that “people like CHP chairperson Kılıçdaroğlu should be hanged here”. RTÜK issued administrative fine against the channel on the grounds that his comments create “hatred and discrimination based on differences of language, race, nationality, colour, gender, disability, political view, philosophical belief, religion”.
