On the grounds that they had reported on incidents of child abuse at a Quran Course affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Erzurum, the Radio and Television Supreme Council imposed an administrative fine of 2 percent on Halk TV, KRT and Tele 1 (April 6).
