The Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) has imposed an administrative fine of 49,115 Turkish Lira (TRY) on TV 100 channel over its program “Haber Bülteni” (News Bulletin), which was broadcast at 7 p.m., 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. on March 16 and 17, 2021, on the grounds of the violation of the Article 8/1-c of the Law no. 6112, which stipulates, “…shall not be contrary to the rule of law, the principle of  justice and impartiality” (March 31).
