The Nusaybin Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation against Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reporter Ahmet Kanbal on the grounds that he wrote the names of the police officers in the news report “16-year-old child taken into custody for 30 times in 3 years: Mother battered” published on November 19, 2020. The journalist is charged with “marking a counterterrorism official as a target” (August 25).
