Cumhuriyet Daily reporter Alican Uludağ was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to the news article published on March 20, 2017 with the title, “Yes-sayer Prosecutor atFETÖ meeting.” Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced the journalist due to “violation of investigation confidentiality” for 10 months. The execution of the sentence was deferred.
