Metin Işık, the owner of Iğdır Haber newspaper, was attacked by 10-15 people in the middle of the street in Iğdır on November 29. The journalist was injured by his head, back, hand and foot. Işık filed a criminal complaint regarding the event.
The governor’s office announced that four people were detained and an investigation was launched (29 November).
