The book of Oktay Candemir “Bölücü-Görücü Hikayeler” (Separatist-Arranged Stories) written in a humorous language was not given to the inmates of the Van High Security Closed Prison on the grounds that “it jeopardized the security of the institution and made it harder to achieve the goal or rehabilitating the convicts” (April 10).
