Bilal Erdoğan filed a lawsuit against Evrensel Daily requesting 50 thousand TL, due to an article published 9 March 2014 entitled “Bribery is our ancestor sport”.
On September 15, İstanbul 20 Assize Civil Court rejected claims of the plaintiff, since the case had been filed after the statute of limitation was expired. Thus the case is closed.
