Alican Uludağ is facing trial since he reported about the written warning which was sent to Apple  Inc. to BİM Shoping Company requesting them to stop selling fake products in their stores. BİM shopping Company alleges that the article was against the truth and defamed the brand, thus requested 250 thousand TL.

İstanbul Anatolian 9 Assize Civil Court decided that it was not competent court for the case and referred the file to İstanbul Anatolian Commercial Court of First Instance. Journalist awaits for the file to be sent to a board.
