Government supporter journalist Cem Küçük used the word “dog” for Hürriyet Newspaper Ankara representative Hande Fırat in relation to her article called “The military headquarter is disturbed” and threatened Aydın Doğan with imprisonment. “This is a disgrace. Hande Fırat, you used all your credits you had gained on the night of 15 July coup attempt. Turns out your attitude against coup is fake. You will pay for this heading. What Hürriyet did is shameful, it is supporting the coup. The fight of the people will proceed until the last coup supporter in the military, in the media is arrested.

Hilal Kaplan, the columnist of Sabah Newspaper stated that, “Every person should know their place. The president and the people of this country saved you from being “FETÖ Military Forces”. I wish you were disturbed of the traitors before headscarfs. You were being used for the appointment of FETÖ members to military quarters because you were hang up on chasing people with headscarfs.
