An access block has been imposed on the news report where Diken news website announced that an access block was imposed on its news where it revealed that a Diken news report was blocked to access by a fake court ruling. 

An access block was imposed on Diken’s news report “30 villas of Keskin Holding to be sold via judicial sale” dated August 9, 2019 as the Bakırköy 2nd Criminal Judgeship of Peace gave a ruling of content removal in September 2021.

Afterwards, it turned out that the judge and attending court clerk cited in the ruling were actually on duty at another judgeship and that the ruling was fake. Diken filed a criminal complaint about the incident and reported on the issue with a news report the titled “They tried to remove the news by sending a fake ruling.”

The ruling of access block on the related news report handed down by the Gaziantep 2nd Criminal Judgeship of Peace was notified to the Diken officials on May 23, 2022. An access block was imposed on Diken’s news report announcing this access block by the ruling of the Kahramanmaraş Pazarcık Criminal Judgeship of Peace dated August 24, 2022 (August 25).
