Following the press statement held by the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) İstanbul Provincial Organization about the Kobane trial on April 26, 2021, Artı TV camera operator Bilal Meyveci and Mezopotamya Agency reporter Muhammed Enes Sezgin were taken into custody. With their equipment damaged, Meyveci and Sezgin were released a few hours later (April 26).
