Journalist Ergün Demir, the Chief Editor of the Astakos news website, was taken into custody on September 21, 2018 for his news article, through which he was targetted afterwards, about the worker İsmail Devrim who committed suicide due to he could not buy clothes for his son in Kocaeli. He was released from detention without judicial control.
