sendika.org editor Ali Ergin Demirhan was taken into custody on charges of “organizing protests on social media accounts in attempt to make the referendum results look illegitimate”, “inciting people to hatred and hostility” as well as “insulting an official in performing her/his duty”.

His testimony was taken in the police department in the evening of April 24 and Demirhan was released the next day after five days in detention.
