Journalist Aslıhan Gençay is under investigation on charges of “publicly disseminating misleading information” (Article 217/A of the Turkish Penal Code) over her report titled “Names in Falyalı’s Tapes”, published on 24 April 2025 on P24 and later removed following an access ban order.
