Journalist Hacı Boğatekin was given a judicial fine of 7,080 TL for the “insult” due to the article titled “WC Meydan Muharebesi” published on the website of www.gergerfirat.com in 2015, by 4th Criminal Court of First Instance of Adıyaman dated 17/11/2016 (17 November 2016)

Boğatekin made an individual application to the Constitutional Court in 2017 (April 12, 2017).
