Erkan Asya, a relative of the Mayor put on trial for allegedly insulting and threatening Emrullah Özbey, the owner of the Muş Haber 49 newspaper, due to his news report “Not nepotism, but Muş should win”, could not be heard for three years. The trial held at the Muş 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance was adjourned until April 16. If his statement cannot be taken upon an instruction in Bursa on March 17, he will be brought to court by force (February 26).
