An investigation was launched against KAOS GL news website editor Yıldız Tar due to “marking a counterterrorism official as a target” (TMK 6/1) for her article titled “The hometown of judges and prosecutors who want to become famous” published on Artı Gerçek news website on July 28, 2023. As part of the investigation launched by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office under Article 6 of the Anti-Terror Law, Tar went to the Ankara Security Directorate Anti-Terror Branch Directorate on November 22 with his lawyer Fatih Aydın from the MLSA Legal Unit and gave a statement (November 22).
