The second hearing was held on March 15, 2023. Naci İnci’s lawyer did not attend the hearing. Fırat Fıstık’s lawyer requested that Fıstık should be acquitted. The hearing was postponed two days to March 17.
In the hearing on March 17, the prosecutor submitted the opinion as to the accusation, argued that Fıstık was not proven guilty and requested his acquittal. The court also ruled similarly and acquitted Fıstık (17 March).
