Journalists Ümit Zileli, Nagehan Alçı and Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı had been sentenced to 105-day of imprisonment by the 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance of İzmir for “insulting the memory of a person” in June 2018 for saying that Esat Oktay Yıldıran was related to the torture in the Diyarbakır prison in Southeast of Turkey during the 1980s.
