On November 10, 2017, the former Prime Minister filed a compensation lawsuit for 500 thousand Turkish Liras against daily Cumhuriyet on the grounds of the violation of his personal rights regarding the article about the Paradise Papers, which mentioned his name and his sons’, published in Cumhuriyet daily and its online version.
