Mahmut Oral, the Diyarbakır Representative for Journalists’ Union of Turkey (TGS), filed a lawsuit against the Presidency’s Directorate of Communications by applying to the Ankara Administrative Court on Duty on the grounds that he had not been given his “permanent press card” without a justification for over 4 years (August 5).
