Several media outlets, including Cumhuriyet newspaper, FOX News and ANKA news agency, were not allowed in the ceremony held at Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s Mausoleum in Ankara on October 29 Republic Day.

The failure to allow the journalists in the ceremony was attributed to the accreditation of the Presidency’s Communications Directorate (October 29).
