Yeni Yaşam Newspaper’s former Managing Chief Editor Osman Akın and columnist Veysi Sarısözen stand trial at the İstanbul 13th High Criminal Court; they are charged with “propagandizing for a terrorist organization” due to the news articles published in the newspaper’s issue dated October 8, 2018.
The hearing on June 2, 2021 was held on the file as the attorneys had offered an excuse; the hearing has been adjourned until a later date (June 2).
