Covering the search efforts for missing people in İstanbul’s Şile coast, A Haber TV reporter Çağdaş Evren Şenlik and camera operator Ayhan Arıtürk were battered by the lifeguards affiliated with the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Two suspects, including the one who allegedly attacked the A Haber team, were released from detention after being referred to the courthouse (July 25).
