Following the hearing of the trial held by the high criminal court over the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi from Saudi Arabia at the Consulate General of the country in İstanbul three years ago, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) Representative to Turkey Erol Önderoğlu was harassed by two police officers while making a statement for the press in front of the İstanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan before the hearing; upon this harassment, Önerdoğlu refused to make the statement (November 23).
