President of the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) Ebubekir Şahin targeted Medyascope, which shares LGBTI+ content film and series recommendations with its readers, with the statement “our eyes on you”. Şahin said, “It’s not that we don’t see the perverted campaigns systematically carried out by some Western-funded media outlets to destroy our family institution and depersonalize our young people. We’re keeping an eye on them. Our fight against productions that contradict our beliefs, culture, customs and traditions and the collaborators who market them will continue uninterruptedly,” he said.
