The 52th Criminal Court of First Instance in Istanbul acquitted the sendika.org editor Ali Ergin Demirhan in February 2017 of the charge of “insulting the President of the Republic” of the case filed due to publishing the image from the funeral of those lost their lives in the Ankara massacre on October 10, 2015.
